I like it a lot! Your tree is always one of my favorites. And I like the star on top. You should see ours, it blinks from green to blue and back again. I am Tacky Christmas Mom of the Universe.
I don't know Bec, I think that first one was pretty good. Tripod is your friend here. Slow down the shutter speed, boost up the ISO (how did I do Deb?).
depends on how you want it to look. you don't want to blow out the picture. do you have other lights on in the room? and um what is with that hand in the middle of the tree?

Deb, I was going for warm glowy. Didn't work. :( The hand is a freaky santa hand cut-out thing Em made in Brownies a few years ago.

I thought maybe you and Deb had come across each other in the crazy small facebook world. I haven't done facebook yet. But don't worry, I still love me some internet... :)
