it is a size 10 and I think it hits Jess lower than it does on Emma in this pic- she might be able to wear it next year too. wow my little girl is growing up she is only one year behind Emma in dresses- crazy.
I was just thinking the same thing, though Julia will probably be a 10 by summer/fall. I suspect Julia's would fall well below the knees though.
Forgot to say I love the tiara, very girlie, which I love.
Wow...Emma has been ready for the Oscars for years!! Love the tiara!
